Veto Message: Section 6 of this bill limits the Department of Health's current discipline authority under the Uniform Discipline Act and is estimated to cost $584,000 to implement, which is not included in the budget. For these reasons I have vetoed Section 6 of Engrossed Substitute Senate Bill No. 5759.
