Lowers the age of a person who can be sold or given cigars, cigarettes, tobacco, or vapor products from twenty-one to nineteen years old. Replaces intent language that focused on raising the legal age to purchase tobacco to individuals 21 or older, with information about raising the age to 19 years old.
