2013 House Bill 1135: Concerning the annual gross sales limits for cottage food operations

Provides that exceeding annual income limits set by the Department of Agriculture is no longer one of the reasons for which the Director of the Department of Agriculture may deny, suspend, or revoke a permit for cottage food operations.
