2011 Senate Bill 5150: Creating a pilot program for spirits sampling in liquor stores

To require the liquor control board to establish a pilot project to allow spirits sampling in state liquor stores and contract stores to promote a sponsor's products. The pilot project consists of thirty locations with at least six samplings to be conducted at each location between September 15 1, 2011, and September 1, 2012. The program expires December 1, 2012.
