2011 Senate Bill 5006: Requiring proof of lawful residence within the United States for issuance of drivers licenses, permits and identicards

To prohibit the issuance of a driver’s license permit, or state identicard for identification purposes unless an applicant can prove his/her lawful presence in the United States with specified documentation.
