2010 Senate Bill 6689: Requiring ballot title information for property tax levies.
Introduced by Sen. Craig Pridemore, (D-Vancouver) (D) on January 21, 2010
Requires that when a referendum relates to a property tax levy, the ballot title must state whether the levy is new or a replacement and include a comparison of the financial impact from the prior year levy, if any, and the current ballot, in both dollar and percentage change terms.
