2010 Senate Bill 6635: Regulating the appraisal of green buildings.

Prohibits a state-certified or state-licensed real estate appraiser from appraising a green building until they successfully complete a state-accredited course on the appraisal of green buildings. A green building is defined as a residential or commercial structure that has been certified to professional development standards for water conservation and energy efficiency.   Official Text and Analysis.
