Creates the offense of school criminal gang intimidation as a class B felony. This bill increases the standard sentence range for felony crimes if the offender belongs to a street gang or is involved in street gang activity. The bill also changes the offense of criminal street gang tagging or graffiti, from a gross misdemeanor to a class C felony. Official Text and Analysis.
