2009 Senate Bill 5413: Assault of a law enforcement officer

To increase the penalty of a person convicted of assault of a law enforcement officer. A person who is found guilty of assaulting a enforcement officer shall receive an additional twelve months at sentencing. See also HB 1440.   Official Text and Analysis.
