2009 Senate Bill 5168: Reinstating election procedures for first-class school districts

Requires first-class school districts containing a first-class city in a county with a population of two hundred ten thousand or more, to hold their elections biennially. School directors may be elected for a term of six years, and school districts are directed to work out a schedule of staggered terms.   Official Text and Analysis.
