2009 Senate Bill 5141: pilot program to increase family participation in juvenile offender programs
Introduced by Sen. James Hargrove (Hoquiam) (D) on January 15, 2009
To create a pilot program that would encourage the participation of a parent or guardian of a juvenile offender program. The department of social and health services shall create the pilot program and with it create incentives to encourage participation. Incentives can include financial incentives. There shall be two pilot projects and the department shall work with the university of Washington to determine the success or the program.   Official Text and Analysis.
