2009 House Bill 1298: Utility liens against rental property

To limit utilities liens against rental property when the utility provider is a city or town. This bill would not allow a city or town that provides utility services to a rental property to hold a lien against a property for more than thirty days when the city or town has been notified of vacancy by a tenant.
