2009 House Bill 1233: relating to requirements for recipients of public assistance

Requires recipients of public assistance who are on an individual responsibility plan to submit to periodic drug testing, urinalysis, and routine employer screening if there is reason to believe that that their dependence on public assistance is related to substance abuse or chemical dependency.   Official Text and Analysis.
