2007 Senate Bill 5335: Addressing civil marriage equality.

To legally recognize same-sex marriages. This bill would overturn the 1998 Defense of Marriage Act specifically defining civil marriage as between a man and a woman. The bill would allow same-sex couples to enter into a civil marriage contract.   Official Text and Analysis.
