2007 House Bill 1015: Increasing penalties for falsifying hours of service for commercial motor vehicles.

To create a new traffic infraction of falsifying a logbook of hours by a commercial motor vehicle driver. A violator of this traffic infraction would be subject to a $725 fine. 90% of the fine would be used by the state for increased commercial motor vehicle enforcement. The remaining 10% would be used to cover judicial costs.   Official Text and Analysis.
