This Bill is long overdue. It demonstrates consolidation, streamlining, and an opportunity to re-focus the distributed efforts on our education system in Washington state. Perhaps we'll see the opportunity to wean ourselves off the federal fiasco's, Dept. of Education. Get this done!!
