This is unbelievable!! Our legislators are actually acknowledging that people who do this for a living and stand to benefit financially from doing it correctly might know how to do something better than our geniuses in Olympia.

The idea behind this law is to track persons involved in a murder. If a person is defending themselves, there is no reason for them to hide what they did. Murder by historical definition is killing someone without the other persons knowledge their life is in danger, allowing for the proper oppurtunity...

This seems like more useless legislation. While I understand that you have a specific case and circumstances in mind, legislation like this will only contribute to the legislative disorganization and increase costs a state will end up spending in the end. Instead of referring to specific circumstances...
