Too bad all the councils are temporary, that may save the state alot of money... However, this is just a way for the state to check on the results of indoctrination and of the WASL. Just another democratic attempt to legalize not only illegals to vote but to encourage voter fraud. I guess if you don't want to fix the budget you make it easier for criminals to vote and perhaps your job will be safe. Vote the BATRASTARDS OUT!
