Unless the whole bill is substantially different from the summary - I can't believe a Republican wrote this tax grab. Education gets more than their fair share of taxes. There has to be a better way to fund education - - just education not all the additional hangers-on that fill the schools: administrators, advisors, and the like. Time to tighten

What does ones income have to do with the county's ability to create assessed value of my property? Anyone in their right mind would vote against this travesty. Part of your soak those that have two nickels. You might as well base it on the color of my hair.

No! NO! A thousand times NO!. You have used this same song to raise our taxes over and over and the money is never spent for the intended purpose. Heaven only knows where it goes, but it somehow is siphoned off to pet projects or dumped into the general fund. Somehow you have got to learn to use the money you have. Entirely too many bills this year want to exempt people/business/groups from certain taxes. We can't afford any more of these special interest bills.
