NO NO NO NO... This bill is not needed due to the ability of local governments to increae their sales taxes. Which is why the sales tax is differnt in King Co than Spokane Co. It is just a stupid idiotic bill that shows just how much the dems want to raise taxes.

So let me get this straight, even though as of now, the elected officials (who are overpaid) will get their COLA, they want the people they entrust their children to and depend on to educate their children to forego their COLA's even though they are underpaid anyway?
