I agree that the Discover pass should cover all vehicles because even if limited to (2) vehicles a lot of families own an RV plus more than one other . The lack of sales so far for the Discover pass is due to the one vehicle limitation plus confusion on where it is applicable, in my opinion. I would not hesitate to purchase if it applied to all my vehicles and in the past I have always contributed the $5.00 on my license fees.
