What a bunch of crapole.  If a wa state resident couldn't register prior to the election day; they should wait until the next election and have to go through the whole process others have to meet. If they are registering they probably shouldn't be voting in the first place.  Plus why is a represenative introducing something like this in a special election?  Stop wasting time and money.  Balance the fiscal house first!!!

Validate before counting?  Validate after conting?  Or why validate at all?  All I can see is problems.  Next we'll wind up with an election fraud like King County has demonstrated.

This bill was prefiled in December while the legislature was in a special session supposedly working on the budget deficit. Clearly this is another attempt by the Democrats to enable fraudulent votes to occur. This bill would allow someone to register and then vote by 5 PM on election day, giving election workers little time to verify the validity of that registration. A recent study of the fraud that actually occurred in Wisconsin with this same law in April of 2011 should be a warning to us. The lax attitude of poll workers about following election laws there allowed almost 4,000 illegal votes to be counted. The study also countered all of the usual arguments about how stricter voting rules hinder minorities and low income people. (Always a bunch of baloney.) These illegal votes make a mockery of our elections. This bill is another attack by liberals on a very important part of a democratic republic and should be thrown out as a form of treason against it.

This is the most insidious of the three voter registration changes bills introduced. The Secretary of State and county auditor's are against this bill for good reasons. Same day registration would make it easier for someone to double-vote according the the Secretary of State. But the real reason I believe this bill was proposed is that is mimicks the tactic used by ACORN, the organization mainly known for its fraudulent voter registration activities ( three of its employees plead guilty and four more charged with voter registration fraud in Washington State in 2007 in the worst case in state history) where they used late filing dumps of thousands of fraudulent voter registration cards with the intent of overwhelming the system. Obviously, this bill makes no sense if we expect our election system to work properly and assure us of the integrity of valid votes.

Leave it to the dems, that if they can't win an election fairly they can find a way to cheat and this would make it legal for them todo so.  Anyone wonder where they get their sense of entitlment and their obsession to be rulers?
