Constitution of the State of Washington, Article I, SECTION 24 RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS. The right of the individual citizen to bear arms in defense of himself, or the state, shall not be impaired, but nothing in this section shall be construed as authorizing individuals or corporations to organize, maintain or employ an armed body of men.

Constitution of the State of Washington, Article I, SECTION 2 SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND. The Constitution of the United States is the supreme law of the land.

Constitution of the United States, Article II, A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

RCW 9.41.190: One law violating two constitutions in three ways.....

Does anyone in Olympia actually care what the Constitutions they swore to uphold actually say?

I strongly believe the psychological checks should enhance effectiveness into predicting the right profile of citizen allowed to be holding a gun in possession. I don`t intend to be too exaggerated, but I see how many cases and files averagely return on a San Francisco criminal defense attorney`s desk due to inappropriate gun possession. Wouldn`t it be better for authorities to prevent these kind of things instead of struggling on making justice when the harm has already been made?

     You could be right.

Tell you what: All constitutionally-protected rights should be limited to those who pass my psychological check, which will accurately predict the right profile of citizen.  I will be the sole decision-maker, and my decision may not be appealed...

Still want to head down that path?  :)
