    2011 House Bill 1135 (Regarding refrigerants for motor vehicles)

    Introduced in the House on January 13, 2011, to prohibit motor vehicle air conditioning equipment from containing any refrigerant that is toxic or flammable, unless the refrigerant is allowed under rules adopted by the Department of Ecology. Removes the authority of the Washington State Patrol to adopt safety requirements and regulations applicable to motor vehicle air conditioning equipment

    The vote was 93 in favor, 4 opposed and 1 not voting

     Yipee another feel good vote.  What a croack.  with all the problems with government and you vote on refrigerant?
