    Apparently Lisa Brown in not satisfied by the rate at which this State is going broke...she has to find a way to speed up the process!

     I am sure that since no public employees are named i.e. police, firefighters, etc, Lisa Brown just wants to feather her own retirement along with other lawmakers and this is the way to do it.
