     Nothing could be more important to someone, than this piece of legislation!  I just can't think who it could be right now.

    All you gotta do is see who the sponsor of the bill is.  Which by the way is Rep. Barbara Bailey, who suprisingly is a republican which makes you wonder why we have different parties at all, they're all out to screw the "common" people.  This is where I'd would commonly say Vote the bat-rastards out, but this proves, what's the point?

     A clear waste of the tax payer's money to even entertain these bills.  Take the state beverage, rock, bird, and whatever else and take the cost of ushering these bills through the legislative process out of her paycheck.  Suppose she'll gain some understanding then?
