There isn't any justifiication for this bill. This bill is designed to harrass nonprofit clinics that are prolife. The legisiature needs to be working on solutions to turn our stste's economy around not on bills to harrass people who don't agree with their ideology.

Re: 2011 House Bill 1366 (Concerning limited service pregnancy centers)

My communication with my elected officials.

Rep. Haigh, Rep. Finn, Sen Sheldon,

First off, thank you for taking the time to serve the people of the 35th district.

I would like to address HB1366.  HB1366 makes me wonder just why a limited service pregnancy center would have to post a list of services they do not provide.  I venture to bet an automotive repair facility does not have to post the fact they do not rebuild transmissions.  Do we make Microsoft post the fact that they do not service Apple products?  Or Boeing to post that they do not manufacture automobiles?  As a small business owner of an embroidery shop, would we have to prominently post the fact we don’t provide silk screening services?  This is ridiculous!  So why would a limited service pregnancy center have to post that they do not provide abortions?  I can only presume that you, our elected officials, believe the people of the state of Washington don't really want the women of our state to be encouraged to carrying a baby to term.  This bill only serves to continue the practice of sacrificing our children for the sake of convenience.

I encourage you to vote against HB 1366, and welcome your response.
