    At a time when our education system is in dire need of reforms and capital adding another office that will need funding seems just plain wrong.

    The state (taxpayers) have no money for new programs unless of course Rep. Andrew Billig, (D - Spokane) would be willing to fund the program out of his own pocket not mine. I have no money to pay for it.

    Of course another funding source would be by taxing the casinos that are doing great in the current downturn.
