 You got to be kidding me.   A Fall City district representative is proposing this resolution.  He thinks his district contributes enough to the state coffers?  We need to cut billions of dollars of state spending and this is what he puts forth in legislation?  Eastern WA would love to not be associated with Coasters.  But this isn't the year or the time to offer frivolous legislation such as this.  It's like proposing a law to allow to slap stupid people.  Wish we had one but lets put forth the time and effort on 'real' issues.

 When I first saw this bill I thought it was due to wants of the Dems to shut-down some Republican counties to gerry-mander them into Dem strongholds.

Looking at who sponsored this, I gotta say.... Vote the ratbastards out!  Republicans who want to do this for whatever reason.  Betrayed by the Republican Party.
