    Senator McAuliffe, you are totally off base on this one (as is the governor).  The "early learning center" is the home.  You are undermining the family -- the foundation of civilization -- when you propose programs such as this.  A mother and a father have this responsibility.

    You call it voluntary, but we will be taxed for this whether we choose to participate or not.

    And what experience does the state have in raising children or educating them?  All your programs thus far have failed, though you always say its for lack of money. 

    When you start supporting families in the home you will finally see success.

     And so begins the early indoctrination by the state.  They did this in Germany during the 30's.
