I totally agree with Lainie59. What we are looking at folks is Socializem plain an simple. When the state and federal government takes over and tells the people what they can and can not do. If their is Fraud in the system then lets make the punishment harsh for breaking the law. Make the fraudulent ones pay back every penny stolen and the next guy will think twice before stealing. Lets not punish everyone else with strick, harsh and unconstitution laws.
I rely on a home health aid who comes in twice a week because I am confined to a power wheelchair and need some help with housekeeping and other personal needs. I don't have any family who are able to care for me and I know I do not want to go to a nursing home to live. I would rather be dead then to have to leave my home and live in a nursing facility.
I say, if we are going to pass such law for the people then lets make them apply to all the people including the congressmen and representives that are passing these bad laws. Do you know they get top quality health care until the day they die, under the health insurance designed for them and by them, and pay for by you the tax payer. But they want to cut your benefits and give you the lowest quality of health care they can dish out.
Remember this Barack Obama is a Socialist. He believes that Capitolizem is the problem and want to destroy our American way of life.
We can not let this happen. Fight this bill before it gets passed.
