     Deleting the requirement to notify citizens of a planned change to the state constitution is one way to get my attention. What the hell is going on? If it's the failing hard copy newspaper situation and they are going to a website notification that's one thing, but to keep secrets... as if we wouldn't still get mad at any attempt to slip in a state income tax... yeah, forget it.

     So this is TRANSPARENCY? Just like your leader. We need to replace some representatives!
