    Now that Rep. Schual-Berke, M. D. has retired, how many of the legislators have M. D.s and are competent to advise doctors and hospitals about treating patients?  In fact, even when there was a retired cardiologist in the legislature, was there anyone competent to advise epidemiologists about the prevention of disease?
