This bill would have it that, if a clerk down at the bank gets a wild hair, they can freeze not only the guardianship and trust accounts I'm responsible for, but also MY accounts.  With no recourse, pending an investigation, and with no time limits.  This could leave me and the person I'm responsible for without the means to buy groceries or pay the rent, until somebody in the government decides the clerk was wrong.

Unless some protection against that clerk is written in to the law, I'm against it.
