    This looks like another industry-designed bill to restrict competition to do something that really shouldn't require a license.  Please, let's not waste anyone's time on this.

     I'm sorry, but this is just another way for the government to get more $$$$$$$$ to feed the pork spending. This is one bill that YOU do not need to waste the tax payers money on !!!!!!!!!!!! WE THE PEOPLE have are ways of getting more money for the government. I'm sure that the Lawmakers will not like the PEOPLES way !!!!!
