And where do the funds come from to do this? Not to mention, where are the parents? Where did we get the idea that schools are required to provide the basic essentials of life to children instead of parents?
So who pays for this? Frankly, I can barely pay my current taxes. and my District is already charging me for educating my kidergartener.
