     PLEASE help us small business owners in Washington State!!  Increasing the minimum wage each year will destroy my ability to stay in business.  I can not pay my best employees as I would like because I am forced to pay the minimum wage.  I would like to set my own pay scale, give more money to those who earn it, and less to students and inexperienced workers.  Please help!!!!

    Our state's minimum wage law is clearly out of control.  This is a first attempt to keep from putting businesses out of business and employees out of work.
