It's about time that we started to eliminate these special bills that are applicable only to Seattle (of course, they don't say Seattle but what other city in the state has more than 300,000 thousand inmates?) Of course this begs the question about what special interest group had its eye on Seattle's property (Paul Allen, maybe) for "public" parking to serve his private enterprise in hte first case? Did he not contribute enough to the right politicians to keep this giveaway? Has he gotten the land he needs and wants to stop anyone else from this ripoff?
