With the many churches getting involved with meeting the needs of the foster children, will this force them to become State employees, or will they still be private volunteers, church employees or what?
Does this give the State the right to come into churches and insist they can review their books? will the church be responsible for any health care needs or is it the states responsibility. With private Foster homes being built on church property will the foster parents living in those homes be considered State employees?
