Their has to be some teeth in the bill.. because some cities just will not accept.. affordable housing.. and will continue to throw up barriers against them in any way they can.. they have been doing it for a long time.. and unless a bill has strong teeth in it.. they will continue to do so.. some people just have their noses so far in the air.. that they breath different air then those of us who want to follow the Federal and State laws regarding affordable housing.
