This bill is terrible - why set artificial limits on the number of licenses? If the population can support another business, why should legislation prevent them from opening? If the population can not support the business it will fail anyway. This bill is a waste of time and taxpayer money. It will put power in the hands of those who already hold a license and keep it from new business owners.
