    Bottle Deposits AGAIN?!

Every time this has been put before the voters it has failed. People don't want bottle deposits. 12 cents on a 6-pack of beer isn't going to keep someone from throwing that 6-pack out of the car to avoid an "open container" ticket, and the hidden costs of administering such a system will be enormous. This proposal does nothing but waste the people's money - something the legislature seems very good at.

    Amen!

We don't need additional and costly "incentives" to do the politically correct thing.
