NO WAY! YOU HAVE CASES WHERE GRANDPSRENTS HAVE A PREVIOUS PAST WITH CPS AND ABUSE. WHAT ARE THE PROVISIONS TO STOP THEM FROM "SLIPPING" THROUGH AND GETTING VISITATION? WHY SHOULD THEY HAVE VISITATION? HOW CAN YOU PROVE THEY ARE NOT THE ONE WHO HURT THE CHILD? THIS NEEDS TO BE MORE SPECIFIC....TOO MANY "LOOP HOLES" HERE

    No more laws!

Why do we need this law? I have a grandson. I love being with him and it would be emotionally painful to not be able to spend time with him, but I do not feel it is my right to see him. It is my daughter's choice whether I see him or not. She is responsible for his upbringing, not me. Should a family dispute occur, it would be an egregious act to place my beloved grandson in the middle of an emotional tug of war.
