Soon they will meter and charge for the air we breath. Someone mentioned the other day that this is happening so we won't be invaded by another country, well, I don't think that is worse. At least then we would know we ARE AT WAR and WHO the enemy is. Right now the average citizen doesn't see how our elected officials are our worst enemies. That is now a fact. You mean I'm sweating everyday to pay this man and others like him to have executive previledges that are beyond my experience, including health & retirement benefits, to require me to get a permit to catch falling rain? This is just an incrimental part of the agenda to take away all rights of citizens to do anything without being taxed first. We must fight for our rights or we do not have any. We certainly cannot depend on the traitors to our country that make these unconstitutional laws everyday while we sit in front of the boob tube or shop at the mall for shiny objects.

...when you take into account who our "elected" officials really work for, their big money corporate campaign contributors. The technology exists today where you can unplug yourself from the utilities and petro companies by equipping your home with solar panels and converting your car to battery-electric power (and no, what you've heard about EVs isn't true, check out www.acpropulsion.com to see an example of the true state of the art). Legislation like this is supposed to pave the way for private water companies to cut off people from any supply channel but what they have to pay the company to get. Do a search on water privatization to see what these companies have in store and their poor track record of delivering on any of their promises. All the smart remarks are funny, but please see the bigger picture as legislation like this isn't just a silly joke. There's a well defined agenda behind it.

1. There already exists a rain tax in some areas and growing. Some are calculated on roof size others on lot or property size. These taxes are purported to be for run off and drainage systems. 2. Throughout the US there are central water systems being built. Much of this is completed and now towns that have their own water towers etc are being asked to voluntarily hook up to these systems. Shortly it will be mandatory by the state (actually an international UN water commission) because the local water systems will be deemed polluted by many things. Poisons, radon, bacteria, nitrates etc. All based on fear All on the premise of being above safe limits set by government. Everyone will clamor to get hooked up. 3. The UN has proposed a tax on all water usage world wide, even on local and private wells. To maintain control of all private wells etc. they will make all independent sources illegal and need to be shut down and you will need to be hooked to the central supply. The purpose of this tax is simple so they have money to give away to anybody they choose. (to save the children of poor areas) 4. Australia already has proposed and may have already put it into effect. The fart tax. Known as the methane tax. Levied against farm animals. The purpose of this tax is to control methane air pollution How a tax controls methane is unclear as the farmer just needs to pay the tax. 5. In Pa. there was a big push several years ago to connect every home to a central sewer system. This is a mandatory hookup and no one can have a separate septic system. (Of course unsaid was that as this system was being built a state wide central water system was to be installed at the same time using the big excuse that it will eventually save money as studies show all water will be beyond safe government standards in the future. 6. By Presidential Executive orders (from what I understand) the UN has been given control of all major water ways in the US. Their control extends 50 miles on both sides of the water way. So if you live in these areas you are now under the control of the UN not the US. I have not seen the UN use any of their control yet. 7. With the small chips now available they will chip your nose, ears, eyes, and anus and monitor you 24/7 and call it a personal upkeep tax done only for your benefit. Of course you will not have to make out a check to pay this, they will automatically remove the proper amount of life credits from your account which you actually will not have any access to. 8. The ballot box has long disappeared there is only one box left to cure these ills. In America that box is empty plus no one has the balls to reach into it. So you see, that with all the above moving forward like a huge bulldozer, they can not let you have your own water supply of any kind, hence they needed to get control of rain barrels. All bases covered. Enjoy the future citizen.

This is Absurd! And we need a FEDERAL law now to govern the RAIN? WHO CARES whose bucket the rain falls into or what they do with it. Whereever a bucket of water will go, I am sure it is needed. If our legislators are SUCH PANSIES that they have so little to concern themselves with that THIS is what they are thinking up, then we obviously don't need them any more. Things change, so maybe it's time for a change. Maybe we needed these guys before, but obviously, not now. His state should fire him immediately for being an IDIOT! AND I am not going to stand for the Federal government to harrass us any more, much less to the point of legislating a bucket of water!

I live in an area where wells are being replaced by 'public water'. Not only will you get a new bill, but you get the 'fluoride' treatment(do google search for dangers of fluorides on humans) for free. Maybe the 'Chemtrails' that the jets keep spraying all over America are more than just 'water vapors'? Do Google search for "chemtrails". Yes, we live in interesting times...getting scariar by the day. The inmates have control of the asyllum.

They both are going to remove much of the Freedoms and Rights this once great country fought for over 230 years ago. Interestingly we have slowly weakened this country by displacing its protectors...the national guard(aren't they supposed to protect this country?)and its military based on F.E.A.R. False Evidence Appearing Real. Getting the feeling of a 'set-up' for possible invasion? This country has never done so many stupid things(employment losses overseas, military overseas, dollar collapse, massive illegal immigration, dumbing down the citizens, allowing stolen elections, chemtrails, drugs, etc)in its entire 200+ years of existance. The stupidity of Senator Shin to regulate rainwater collection of residential users focuses us to face just what lunacy and acts of desperation function inside the USA Senate today. No benefit exists to either the residential collector of rainwater or the bureaucracy from this irrational proposal. Further concentration of power in administrative bureaus by a body of officials in some Orwellian nightmare to administer a natural resource on one's own property speaks volumes of the mental decline of this current public service? Any contribution the homeowner makes to collecting rainwater to lessen demand on the state's water resource is commendable. Inhibiting the private collection of rainwater for personal use through policing the activity tells us this Senator is preserving his unfit status by his limited contribution to public life. To seriously think a Rainwater Collection Permit is worthy for consideration as contributing legislation is a sad joke.

Clean fresh water is hard to come by! We have damned, diverted or pollluted most of our perennial water ways. Clean fresh water is one of the major componets required to sustain life. It used to be he who controls oil or he with the largest bombs has control, it is quickly going to become he with clean fresh water rules.

This is not a mistake or insanity. The elite know exactly what they are doing. And the people will just keep on taking it because we have our toys to distract us and that's all that really matters.
