    It's not healthy! To be on the dole for more than a year, MAYBE two - they'll be disabled and never get off.

    More than 5 years AND exempt from workfirst? That's ridiculous! Side Note: I have received cash, medical, and food assistance. I have also been a victim of domestic violence. I have also participated in workfirst. I think five years of assistance and no workfirst is excessive.
