&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;font-family:Arial;"&gt;If we truly believe that killing is wrong, why do we kill people who killed?&amp;nbsp; If two wrongs don&amp;#39;t make a right, why try more?&amp;nbsp; There is too much history of people being found (not Guilty) or what we might call INNOCENT long after sentencing.&amp;nbsp; While others are pushing for faster sentencing and carrying out executions, It seems clear that we have to slow down because we have flaws in the system.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;font-family:Arial;"&gt;We seem to live in an age in which it&amp;#39;s OK to ask our government to kill somebody to make us feel better, but when somebody kills (for whatever reason, but &amp;#39;without authorization&amp;#39;, we think it&amp;#39;s wrong.&amp;nbsp; We need to re-evaluate our system so we don&amp;#39;t look so hypocritical on this issue and consider MODERN, Civilized, sentencing.&amp;nbsp; &amp;quot;An Eye for and Eye&amp;quot; is from the dark ages and (carried too far), leaves us blind.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
