    At a time when budgets are so tight that many agencies are understaffed and delaying purchase of new equipment a bill like this is being proposed? At this point in time we need common sense legislation that keeps our agencies operating without substantially increasing their cost. If this was a good idea and made economic sense then you would see UPS, Fedex and other major fleet operators using these fuels. It is not the time to propose this and until the budget is balanced and unfunded pensions are funded stop proposing these feel good types of legislation.
