    What? Can't fund basic education and now your going to pay teachers to go to meetings? How about breaking the WEA hold on teachers?

    Here is another area co-opted by the state which is the responsibility of parents and/or family members. My mother taught me how to balance a checkbook, save money, use money responsibly and live within a budget. She was a single parent and worked full time in the 1950's and 60's so why can't today's parents do this same?
