It makes perfect sense, this bill does mainly due not to some abundance of cash somewhere the DRS is hoarding but due to the fact that it has been proven that creating jobs in this fashion by letting those who are old, or have served most their lives, or both, retire. the money inveted in initiating this program, is 8 times the bang for the buck when compared to the federal stimulus act in creating jobs. Pass this Bill!
