    And then what?  Is the union going to use this data for any purpose, like firing or layoff?  OR are we just wasting time and money.

    I'd like to see the real purpose of this bill myself. Will it have any effect on the human resources policies inside the education system? I see no necessity for this bill now so I'm just wondering...

    The social media has a great impact on the students' education and on the adolescent sexual lives. The impact can be both ways, bad or wrong. If you are a smart person, you will know what information to use from the social media and what information to let them out of your life.
